OUCH!!

Training is a great way to stay fit and agile. But sometimes you train to much, or have a accident and your muscle or bone get hurt.

When i was actively playing Taekwondo in international Competitions i had regulary some bruise or sore muscle. And the shortcut was to use “Voltaren” or similar Lotion for pain relief.

At one of the Competitions when my Shin really hurt i used this Lotion in the Backstage where also the Doctor of the German Team (Dirk Jung) checked if something was broken. But everything was OK, just another bruise. But at this day the Doctor told me not to use Lotions with Diclofenac to excessively because of the side Effects.

From this day i started to find something different to use, but it was difficult to find something worth. After trying lots of different Lotions and Creams i found one with a interesting ingridient: MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)

From that Day on i used Sports Rub (US) ore Muscle Rub (Europe)
